What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model, finish and customization. Send your model numbers and required quantity so we can confirm the options.
Can we approve a sample first?
Include your sample requirement in the inquiry. We will confirm sample availability, any charges and the approval process before bulk production.
Can you change carton packing?
Share your preferred pieces per carton and any packaging artwork. Revised carton dimensions, CBM and gross weight must be confirmed for the finished packing.
Which material and tests apply to my order?
Material grade and testing requirements are confirmed by model and destination market. Please include your required material, standards and documentation in your inquiry.
